Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Items purchased during promotional sales can be exchanged within 3 days, but are non-refundable, unless defective or not as described.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• In their original packaging, with all tags attached (except for defective returns where original packaging is missing).

• Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any alterations.

Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, accessories, scarves, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or not as described.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or any verifiable record from our system or payment provider is required.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and order details.

• We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights — defective items can be returned at no cost, even beyond the standard 7-day period, as required by law.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method as soon as possible and within the timelines required by UAE law and payment provider rules.

• Typical processing time is 7–14 working days after the returned item passes inspection.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Free Returns Policy

• Returns of defective or incorrect items are always free for UAE customers.

• For change-of-mind returns, one free return per order is offered. Additional returns may be subject to shipping fees.

8. How to Return an Item

1. Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

2. We will guide you through arranging courier collection or in-store drop-off (if applicable).

3. Pack the item securely, ensuring all tags and packaging are included (where applicable).
